Cancellation Policy
◎Cancellation Fees
Cancellation fees are applied according to the number of days remaining before the check-in date as follows:
The number of days remaining will be determined based on the date and time when the guest submits the cancellation request form. The calculation is made at 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Japan Standard Time (JST), when the calendar date changes.
◎Notes
• Once your reservation is confirmed, changes to the reservation details (such as number of guests, dates, or plan) cannot be made.If you wish to make any changes, please cancel your current reservation and make a new booking.
• If travel becomes difficult due to natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, heavy snow, etc.) or if public transportation (airlines, trains, etc.) is officially suspended or canceled, the cancellation fee may be waived. Please be sure to contact us in such cases.
• Cancellations due to personal circumstances, such as illness, injury, or infection of the guest or accompanying persons, will be subject to the above cancellation fees.
(*1) About Refunds in Case of Cancellation
• If a refund is applicable due to a cancellation, the refundable amount will be calculated in accordance with our regulations, and the cancellation handling fee (Refund processing fee JPY 550) as specified in our Travel Service Terms and Conditions will be deducted. The remaining amount will be refunded to the credit card used for the original payment.
However, in cases where no refund is applicable—such as cancellations made on the day before or on the day of check-in, or in the event of a no-show—no cancellation handling fee will be charged.

Room Information
Reservations are generally for “one room per booking”. If the number of guests exceeds the room capacity, we will arrange multiple rooms as needed.
(Example: If the maximum capacity per room is 2 people, 3 or more guests will require 2 or more rooms.)
If you have any preferences regarding room arrangements or other requests, please enter them in the “Special Requests” field.

If you have booked a meal-inclusive plan and have any food allergies or ingredients you cannot eat, please enter the details in the “Special Requests” field.
Accommodation’s Response
If you submit your request during nighttime in Japan Standard Time,
the accommodation’s response may be provided the following morning or later.
