Many guests say that it is “the perfect base for Shimanami Kaidō cycling,” and the dedicated bicycle facilities and maintenance environment are especially well-received. The staff are described as friendly, with comments such as “I felt at ease even as a first-time guest” and “they kindly provided detailed local information.” The interior is simple yet clean and comfortable, and the shared spaces create an atmosphere where guests can enjoy交流 with others. The location, close to Imabari Station, is often praised as “excellent access,” making it convenient for both sightseeing and pre- or post-cycling stays.
Although it’s geared toward cyclists, this place is also welcoming to pilgrims.
★★★★★ (5 out of 5 stars)
It’s accommodation-only, but there’s a place called “Futaba” next door where you can enjoy a well-balanced breakfast from early in the morning.
There’s a public bath nearby where you can relax and soak, and since it’s right in front of the station, you’ll find convenience stores, Yoshinoya, izakayas, and restaurants—no trouble finding dinner.
While the place is popular with younger people, choosing a private room ensures your privacy, and the stay is just as comfortable as any other inn.
