キャンセル料は、チェックイン日からの日数に応じて以下のように適用されます：
【14日前まで】･･･ 無料
【13日前～7日前】･･･ 宿泊料金の30%
【 6日前～2日前】･･･ 宿泊料金の50%
【前日】･･･ 宿泊料金の80%
【当日／無断キャンセル】･･･ 宿泊料金の100%
◉キャンセル料金のお支払いについて
キャンセル料が発生した場合には、登録いただいたクレジットカードより自動的に請求させていただきますのでご了承ください。
◉キャンセル方法

◉注意事項
連泊の場合、初日の宿泊料金を基準にキャンセル料を計算いたします。
天災、重大な疾病、交通機関の遅延など、やむを得ない事情によるキャンセルの場合は、キャンセル料を免除することがあります。その際は必ずご連絡ください。

◉Cancellation fee
Cancellation fees are applied according to the number of days from the check-in date as follows:
[Up to 14 days before] Free
[13 to 7 days before] 30% of the accommodation fee
[6 to 2 days before] 50% of the accommodation fee
[The day before] 80% of the accommodation fee
[Cancellation on the day/without permission] 100% of the accommodation fee
◉ Regarding Payment of Cancellation Fees
Please note that in the event of a cancellation fee being incurred, we will automatically charge the credit card you registered at the time of booking.

◉Notes
For consecutive nights, cancellation fees will be calculated based on the accommodation fee for the first night.
If the cancellation is due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, serious illness, or delays in transportation, the cancellation fee may be waived. Please be sure to contact us in such cases.
