Many guests express, “I was deeply touched by the owner’s kindness,” and “It felt like going home to relatives in the countryside.” The inn is also praised for its thoughtful support—such as delivering forgotten items to nearby stations or providing transit schedules—leaving guests saying, “Thanks to them, I could start my next day with peace of mind.” Overall, it is highly regarded as a lodging filled with kindness, comfort, and a truly advantageous location for pilgrimage.
This inn has a particularly good reputation in the vicinity of No.22 Byodo-ji. The owner’s personality was so heartwarming! There is a sense of security as if you came to a relative’s house in the countryside.

Thank you very much for your help on the walking pilgrimage. Thank you very much for delivering the forgotten item to the station. He told me the train and bus times, and I was relieved the next day.
★★★★ (4 out of 5 stars)
I stayed there twice. It felt like I was back home, even more so than visiting my auntie. When I see a mess, I want to clean it up, but on the other hand, maybe that atmosphere makes me feel good (lol). Personally, I find the smell and harshness of washing machine detergent a bit harsh. However, I will plan to stay here again next time. It seems that once you make a reservation for this inn, it will be registered in the owner’s phone book on his/her cell phone. When I call someone, they answer “Hello, Mr. 〇〇,” which makes me feel a little relieved and happy.
★★★★ (4 out of 5 stars)
When I made the reservation, I was given a guide to the spectacular view from Tairyuji Temple.
It really feels like staying overnight at someone’s house lol
So I think it’s not suitable for people with hygiene issues.
Don’t worry, the rooms are well-cleaned.
Dinner also feels like a home-cooked meal.Well, I think most people are attracted to the husband’s personality more than anything else.
